Brian Frazier serves as the Planning & Development Director for the City of Hickory, where he oversees long-range planning, zoning, land development, and growth management initiatives. With extensive experience guiding public-private collaboration and navigating regulatory processes, Brian brings practical insight into how development moves from concept to approval. He will join the Foothills Home Builders Association for a Lunch & Learn on February 19, sharing updates and best practices relevant to builders, developers, and industry partners.
